The best way to invite people to your Space depends on the privacy setting for your Space. Access to your Space will be one of the following:
  • Accessible Through Plans
  • Invite-Only
  • Anyone Can Join
If your Space is set to Accessible Through Plans, you should use Invite to Plan. In Admin > Plans, click the plan that includes the Space you want people to join, then navigate to the Visibility & Sharing tab. Towards the bottom, you will see an option to “Send Invites for This Plan.” This will open up the invite form with the plan already selected: Invite to your plan via email.
  • Invite to Plan emails are one-time use and cannot be reused once an account has been created using the invite. For more information,check out this article.-,Invite%20to%20Plan,-After%20you%20create).
  • You can enter an email address directly in the field or upload a CSV list of email addresses you want to invite all at once (available on the Community Plan and higher-tier plans; see below for more details)
Important note: If you have limited members, you will need to use the plan share link or invite them to the plan so they can access additional Spaces. If your Space is set to Invite-Only or Anyone Can Join, you should use invites and not plans to invite people to your Space. To invite to a Space, click the gear icon to open the Space admin settings, then go to Invite. You can also hover over the Space in the left navigation bar > select the three-dot menu > and Invite In the invite form, you can invite members using a share link, by email, or by @mention: You can also manage your Sent invites on this page. Once you’ve sent out an invite, your invitees will automatically get three email reminders from our system. These invite reminders go out after 3, 10, and 30 days.

Auto-Join Spaces

You can easily add all current and future members to a Space by selecting “Auto-Join” in the Space Privacy & Access settings. Note: You will need to be a Network Host on the Mighty Network to see this option. This will automatically add all current and future members of your Mighty Network to this Space. Neither Hosts nor members will receive notifications when they’re auto-joined to a Space, and they can leave these Spaces at any time.
