You maintain full ownership of all content, member data, and activity within your Mighty Network. This includes Posts, comments, messages, and all member information. It’s one of the main reasons Hosts choose Mighty Networks over platforms like Facebook or Discord—where you don’t even have access to your members’ email addresses. Member Data You Can Access

When you upgrade to the Courses Plan or above, you unlock detailed member data, including:
  • Member names and email addresses
  • Profile information
  • Ambassador Program status
  • Space memberships within your Mighty Network
  • Payment details and plan participation (if payments are enabled)
You can download this data anytime as an Excel (.xlsx) file for your entire Mighty Network, individual Spaces where you’re a Host, or for each Plan you create.

  • Add members to your email newsletter list
