As a Space Host or Space moderator, you can send a message to all members of a Space or target specific members. This is a quick way to share updates, announce Events, or highlight new activity.

Message All Members in a Space

  1. Go to the Space gear icon.
  2. Select Members > Member List.
  3. Open the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner.
  4. Select Message All Members.
Write your message in the editor. You can highlight text to apply formatting or add links. Once sent, members receive your announcement by email or push notification based on their personal notification settings.

Important Notes

  • All members of the Space—full and limited—receive the message.
  • Members with notifications turned off will not receive email or push notifications.
  • Members who haven’t logged in within 6 months will not receive notifications.

Message Specific Members in a Space

  1. Go to the Space gear icon > Members > Member List.
  2. Select members using the checkboxes next to their names, or click Select All.
  3. Open the Bulk Actions menu (top right).
  4. Select Message Members.
Write your message and click Send. Members will be notified via email or push notification based on their notification preferences.

What Members See

  • Members receive an in-app notification: “Your Host [Name] sent you a message.”
  • Clicking the notification shows your message.
  • Clicking Reply opens a private chat with you.
    • Reply is currently available on web only.

Additional Targeting Options

You can segment your Space or Network member lists to send more targeted messages—for example, to members on a specific plan, with a particular Tag or Badge, and more.
