You can easily download and share analytics from your Mighty Insights™dashboard. You can export full dashboard reports or download data from specific charts or tables for more customized formatting.

Download a Full Dashboard

You can download each dashboard as a PDF (visual report) or CSV (raw data). Before downloading, apply any filters you need—such as date range, Space Type, or Space name—at the top of the dashboard. To download your dashboard:
  1. Select the three dots in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
  2. Choose Download.
  3. Select PDF for a visual copy, or CSV for raw data.
If you choose CSV, you’ll receive a folder containing separate files for each chart in the dashboard.

Download a Specific Chart or Table

If you want data from a single chart or table:
  1. Hover over the chart or table.
  2. Select the three dots in the top-right corner.
  3. Choose Download.
You’ll see additional export formats—such as Excel, HTML, or PNG—as well as Advanced Data options for more control over how your insights are formatted.
