We want your members to feel safe and supported in your community. To help them manage their experience, members can block other members, report a member, or report a post they believe is inappropriate. All roles (Hosts, members, etc…) can block or report other members directly from their profile or from a chat. Here’s how each option works.Documentation Index

Blocking or Reporting a Member
Members can block or report someone from their profile:- Go to the member’s profile.
- Click the three-dot menu.
- Select More.
- Choose Block or Report.
- Open the chat with the member.
- Click the three-dot menu.
- Select More.
- Choose Block or Report.
Blocking a Member
- The blocker will no longer receive notifications or 1:1 messages from that member.
- Their existing 1:1 chat will clear from notifications after the next login.
- Posts from the blocked member will no longer appear in the blocker’s Feeds.
- The blocked member is not notified.
- The blocked member can still see posts and comments created by the person who blocked them.
- If you have been blocked, your chat view will appear normal, but your messages will no longer be delivered.
Unblocking a member
To unblock someone:- Go to the member’s profile.
- Open the three-dot menu.
- Select More.
- Choose Unblock.
Reporting a Member
Members can report someone on both web and mobile:- Go to the member’s profile.
- Click the three-dot menu.
- Select Report [Member Name].
- Choose a reason and click Report Member.
Reporting a Post
To report a post:- Click the three-dot menu on the post.
- Select More.
- Choose Report Article.
Blocking and Muting Chats
Members can block another member directly from a chat:- Open the chat.
- Click the three-dot menu.
- Select Block.
