Step 1: Create Your Space

  1. Create a new Space.
  2. Choose a Content only Course template
  3. Or enable only the Course featureinside that Space.
  4. Give your Space a clear name, such as Daily Wellness Tasks or Habit Tracker.
  5. Use theInstant Course Outline to help you brainstorm your daily, weekly, or recurring tasks.
Each task becomes a Lesson that members check off as they complete it.

Step 2: Allow Members to Reset Their Progress

To let members repeat your checklist on a schedule (daily, weekly, monthly—whatever fits):
  1. Go to Space Settings.
  2. Scroll to Space Features and select Course.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and toggle on Reset Progress.
Members will now be able to restart the checklist anytime.

Step 3: Adjust Privacy and Access

Return to your Space’s Privacy & Access settings. For habit-tracker Spaces, we suggest enabling Auto Join, which automatically adds all members of your Mighty Network to the Space. This makes participation effortless and boosts engagement.

Step 4: Add Optional Engagement Features

Want to make the experience more interactive? You can enable additional features like Chat or Feed so members can:
  • Share updates
  • Celebrate wins
  • Offer tips or accountability
  • Build habits together
To enable more features, go to Space Settings > Space Features.

Habit Tracker Ideas

Here are some ideas to help you build your checklist:
  • Daily Exercise — Walk, jog, yoga, strength training, or stretching.
  • Meditation — Track time spent in silent or guided meditation.
  • Healthy Eating — Fruits, vegetables, water intake, or sticking to a plan.
  • Reading — Daily reading minutes or chapters.
  • Gratitude Journaling — List things you’re grateful for each day.
  • Sleep Tracking — Set bedtime routines or monitor sleep duration.
  • Language Learning — Practice vocabulary or complete daily lessons.
  • Productivity — Mark off priority tasks or focused work blocks.
  • Hygiene — Flossing, skincare, tidying a space.
  • Financial Tracking — Log spending or savings contributions.
  • Creative Expression — Writing, drawing, music, or crafting time.
  • Social Connection — Reach out to a friend or family member.
  • Mindfulness — Pause for breathing or reflection.
  • Limiting Screen Time — Track intentional breaks from devices.
  • Self-Reflection — Daily journaling or goal check-ins.
