When you upgrade to The Courses Plan or higher, you unlock full access to data about your members—like their email addresses, profiles, Space memberships, Ambassador status, and more. You can download this data anytime as an Excel (.xlsx) file for:
  • Your entire Mighty Network
  • An individual Space you host
  • Each paid Plan, if you’ve enabled payments
This data helps you better understand your members and grow your community.

What You Can Do with Member Data

  • Import it into an external CRM system
  • Add members to your email newsletter list
  • Measure engagement or track course completion rates
  • Understand who your members are and how they interact

How to Download Your Member List

  1. Click your profile picture in the top right corner.
  2. Go to Admin > Members > Member List.
  3. Click Download.
  4. Confirm you’ll follow Mighty Networks’ Terms of Use (no selling or sharing member data).
  5. You’ll get an email with a download link for your up-to-date member list.

What’s Included in Your Member List

Here are the columns:

  • Opted out of commercial emails: If this column has a “Yes” in it then that means that the member has opted out of receiving commercial emails.
  • Notification Method:
    • Email: email notifications toggled on
    • Push: mobile push notifications toggled on
    • All: both email and mobile push notifications are toggled on
    • None: neither mobile push or email notifications are toggled on
  • Email Frequency:
    • Daily: they have the “daily digest: toggled on
    • All: they have the “as activity happens” toggled on
  • Network Role
    • Host
    • Contributor (Member)
  • City
  • State
  • Country
  • Time Zone
  • Full Location
  • One-Time Purchase Plans
  • Active Subscription Plans- this will show the interval (Free, Monthly, Annual) and not the name of the Plan.

What’s in the Space Member List

You can download a Space-specific list if you’re both a Network Host and a Space Host. Important note: You will need to be a Network Host and a Space Host to be able to download the member list. For example, if you are a Space Host and a Network member, then you will not be able to download the member list for the Space. **To download:**Go to the Space → Settings > Member List > Download Member List. Columns include:
  • Member ID
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Membership Type
    • Full
    • Limited
  • Space Access
  • Account Created
  • Joined Space (this is recorded based on UTC Time Zone)
  • Last Active (this is recorded based on UTC Time Zone)
If the Course feature is enabled
  • Date Joined Course (this is recorded based on UTC Time Zone)
  • Last Visited Course (this is recorded based on UTC Time Zone)
  • Course Completion %
  • Last Completed Lesson
  • Last Viewed Lesson
For Spaces that have approvals, you’ll see these fields in the second tab of your Space Member List:

What’s in the Plan Member List

If you are a Network Host of a Network with Plans, you can also download a Plan-specific list to see who joined or purchased a plan. To download: Go to Admin > Plans > Plan List > (three-dot menu next to a Plan) > Download Member List. You’ll get two tabs: Plan Members Tab:
  • Member ID
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Membership Type
    • Full
    • Limited
  • Date Paid (this is recorded based on UTC Time Zone)
  • Last Visited Network (this is recorded based on UTC Time Zone)
  • Platform Purchased
  • Payment Status (If a member is currently on a Free Trial, it will be indicated here.)

  • Date Canceled (this is recorded based on UTC Time Zone)
  • Wallet information, if using Token-Gated Plans.
