To charge for a single event using Plans, you’ll create a dedicated Space and use the Single Event feature inside that Space. Members will purchase a plan that grants access to the Space, and then they can attend the Event.

Step 1: Create a Space and Enable the Single Event Feature

  • Create a new Space.
  • Enable the Single Event feature inside that Space by going to the gear icon > Features > Single Event.
  • Create a plan that only offers access to that Space. Members must purchase a plan to enter and attend the Event.
**Note:**You’ll still need to edit and customize the plan’s landing page separately from the Event listing.

Step 2: Create the Event

Fill out the event details with the title, time, imagery and more. For more information on how to set up Events, check out this article.

Manage the Space After the Event

Once the Event is over, you can either:

Option 1:Archivethe Space

This removes the Space entirely for everyone.

Option 2: Keep the Space and Adjust Its Settings

You can restrict visibility and access by updating:
  • Invite-OnlyOnly Hosts and moderators
  • Who Can See This SpaceOnly logged-in members
  • Who Can Find This SpaceOnly logged-in members
Then you can post a recap or replay in the Space for members to rewatch. Members will also need to RSVP to the Event to receive notifications.
