Available for Network Hosts and Moderators on the Courses Plan and up
Creating a Badge
- Navigate to Admin > Members > Badges
- Toggle the badges feature on
- Click “Create Badge”
- Enter the following information:
- Badge Name (40 character limit)
- Badge Description (75 character limit)
- Badge Image (256x256 pixels recommended)
All badges must have an image. Make sure your image is properly sized for the best display.
Adding Badges to Members
You can add badges to unlimited members in multiple ways:- From the Manage Badges Page
- From the Network or Space Member List
- From the Member Detail Page
- From the Member Profile
Tags
Tags are internal-facing only and not visible to members. They’re used to categorize and segment your member base.Creating Tags
The creation process is similar to badges:- Navigate to Admin > Members > Tags
- Create a new tag
- Apply tags to members
Use Cases for Tags
- Track “potential mentor candidates”
- Segment members by interests
- Mark members for specific campaigns
- Organize members by participation level
- Flag members for follow-up
Members cannot have duplicate tags. Each member can only have one instance of each tag.
Key Requirements
- Requires Network Host or Moderator status
- Badges must include an image
- Badge names are limited to 40 characters
- Badge descriptions are limited to 75 characters
