Adding and Removing Members
Adding Members
Go to conversation settings in the three dot menu and select the + icon to add up to 50 members at a time. There’s no limit on how large a group chat can grow.

- See the full conversation history from the beginning of the chat when they join
- Won’t get a notified that they were added but they will see an unread count on their chat icon for any messages they haven’t viewed yet
Removing Members
Any member can select and remove another member from the conversation by clicking the three dot menu next to their name:
- Won’t get notified that they were removed
- If they happen to be inside the conversation when it happens, they’ll see a message that they’re no longer part of the chat. The conversation disappears from their list the next time they navigate away or refresh.
System Messages
When someone is added, removed, leaves, or renames a conversation, everyone in the chat sees a message describing what changed.Chat with Limited Members
Network Hosts and moderators can chat directly with limited members—a first-touch channel for answering a quick question, checking in on someone’s progress, or inviting them into a fuller plan, without opening up full Network access. What limited members can do:- See a list of Network Hosts and moderators, and start a conversation with any of them via the Start a Chat button or from that Host or moderator’s profile
- See any Space Chats they already have access to—these appear automatically in their conversation list
- Message other limited members
- Message Space Hosts, Space moderators, or any other full or limited member
- Be added to a conversation, or add someone, outside of Network Hosts and moderators
- A conversation that includes a limited member shows a Limited Member tag when starting a conversation.

- It also appears in the conversation details, so you can tell at a glance who you’re talking to.

- A group chat is capped at one limited member. If you select a limited member first, every other limited member and every full member is grayed out in the picker—only other Network Hosts or moderators stay selectable alongside them.
- You can rename the conversation and add or remove Network Hosts or moderators, same as any other group chat.
- If a limited member is promoted to a full member, the conversation converts to a standard chat and none of the limited-member restrictions apply anymore.
- If a Network Host or moderator is demoted to a regular member, any existing conversations with limited members stay intact.
Space Chat
When Space Chat is turned on, members can chat directly inside a Space.
- As a number indicator in the left navigation next to the Space
- In your conversation list
