Yes, as a Host, you can add custom Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or Community Guidelines for members to agree to when creating their accounts.

How to Add Custom Terms

1. Send Your Policy

  • Use the “Need Help” button in your Mighty Network
  • Email help@mightynetworks.com with the URL of your custom guidelines

2. Customize Display

  • Choose a name (up to 29 characters)
  • Select from options like “Terms”, “Conditions”, “Terms & Conditions”, “Policies”, or “Privacy Policy”

How It Appears to Members

Your custom terms will appear in two places:
  • In the Landing Page Footer: Your terms will be linked in the footer
  • During Account Creation: Members will see “You agree to [Custom Terms] and the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of the service provider”

Three checkboxes appear for:
  • Terms Agreement
  • Activity Updates
  • Marketing Emails

Important Notes

  • Mighty Networks will add your custom terms within 24 hours of request
  • Members who joined before new terms won’t be automatically prompted to accept updates
