How to Set Up a Free Trial
- Navigate to Admin > Plans > Plan List
- Select a subscription plan
- Choose trial duration (options: 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1-6 months, 1 year)
Important Considerations
- Members receive email notifications before trial ends
- Each plan can have its own unique trial period
- Members can only use a free trial once per specific plan
Payment and Access Management
- If payment method fails, a 7-day grace period is provided
- iOS device purchases have a 16-day grace period
- Members can manage their own subscriptions
- Canceling a free trial immediately terminates access
