As a Host or Moderator, you can “Recommend” a post to move it to the top of your members’ Feeds, ensuring important content gets visibility.

How to Recommend a Post

  1. Find the post you want to recommend
  2. Click the three-dot menu on the web
  3. Select “Recommend”
When you recommend a post, it will jump to the top of your members’ Feeds.

Important Requirements

For the Recommend feature to work properly:
  • Ensure “Last Activity” is selected as the default Feed feature in a Space
  • The recommended post will move down the Feed as new activity occurs

Where You Can Recommend Posts

You can recommend posts in:
  • The Global Feed
  • Individual Spaces
This gives you flexibility to highlight content at different levels of your network.

Additional Curation Tools

Beyond recommending posts, you can also use:
  • Welcome Checklist - Guide new members through key actions
  • Featured Sections - Pin content more permanently (Community Plan and higher)

Best Practices

Use the Recommend feature to:
  • Highlight time-sensitive announcements
  • Surface important discussions that need member input
  • Promote high-quality member contributions
  • Re-surface valuable older content
Remember that recommended posts will naturally move down the Feed as new activity occurs, so this is best for temporary highlighting rather than permanent pinning. For longer-term visibility, consider using Featured Sections instead.
