You can customize how your members access support by changing the “Help Center” link text and destination.

How to Customize Member Support

Navigate to Admin > Members > Member Support. Toggling the feature on will allow you to:
  • Change the name of the “Help Center” link
  • Have it link to either a URL or an email address

Customization Options

Direct members to your own help documentation or support portal. Point members to a support email address. Remember to use the mailto: prefix for email addresses.

Default Behavior

If you don’t customize this feature, members clicking “Help Center” will be connected to Mighty’s Customer Advocacy team through the standard support chat.

Alternative Option

If you don’t have a specific URL or email, you can send members to Mighty’s member help center: https://faq.mightynetworks.com/en/collections/2221497-for-members
The Customer Advocacy team remains available to help through the “Need Help” button in the lower right corner of the Mighty Network.
