The Ambassador Program is a member referral system available for Mighty Networks hosts who upgrade to the Community plan or above.

What is the Ambassador Program?

Ambassadors are members who refer new people to your Mighty Network. The program is designed to drive intrinsic motivation to refer members based on the value of your Mighty Network. Important: This is not an affiliate program. It’s a community-driven referral system focused on recognition rather than monetary rewards.

Ambassador Levels

Members earn badges as they refer more people:
  • Bronze Ambassador: Refers at least 2 members
  • Silver Ambassador: Refers at least 10 members
  • Gold Ambassador: Refers at least 25 members

How to Enable the Ambassador Program

  1. Click your profile picture
  2. Go to Admin > Invites > Ambassador Program
  3. Enable the program
Once enabled:
  • Members automatically receive a personalized referral link
  • You can track Ambassadors from the Members page
  • Members receive automatic notifications when they reach new Ambassador levels

How Referrals Work

For “Accessible Through Plans” Networks

Referred members must choose and sign up for a plan to count as a referral.

For “Invite-Only” Networks

Anyone can join through the referral link without requiring approval.

You can disable the Ambassador program at any time from Admin > Invites > Ambassador Program.
