A Quick Post is a simple way to share short updates, images, videos, or links with network members. Quick Posts appear by default in the Feed of a Space.

Creating a Quick Post

On Web

Go to the Feed and start a Quick Post

On Mobile

Open the app and tap the pencil icon at the bottom

What You Can Add

Quick Posts support the following content types:
  • Multiple images
  • A video
  • A video link
  • An embedded link
  • A file

Image Features

  • Images can display in 21:9 (horizontal) or 3:4 (vertical) ratios
  • For single images, you can add text below or as a background
  • Wide/tall images may get cropped in the Feed view

Additional Features

AI “Make it Better” Tool

Available on Community plan and higher, this feature helps you edit and improve your text.

Engagement Options

  • Turn comments on/off for posts
  • Supports hashtags for discoverability
  • Add emojis and GIFs
  • Emoji reactions from members

Formatting Limitations

Quick Posts do not support:
  • Bold text
  • Italic text
  • Headers
For these advanced formatting options, use Articles instead.

Controlling Post Permissions

As a Host, you can control who can create Quick Posts:
  • Everyone in the Space
  • Just Hosts and Moderators
Manage this setting in your Space Features settings.
