Enabling Activity Assist

First, make sure the feature is enabled:
  1. Go to Admin > Setup > AI Features
  2. Toggle AI Features on

Using Activity Assist

Finding Inactive Members

  1. Go to Members > Member List
  2. Use the filter options:
    • Filter by “Inactive” to see members not active in the last 30 days
    • Sort by “Last Active” column to find members who haven’t engaged recently

Reaching Out to Members

  1. Click the three-dot menu next to a member’s name
  2. Select “Reach Out” to open a Private Chat
  3. Activity Assist will automatically generate an AI-powered message

How Activity Assist Works

The AI generates personalized messages by drawing from:
  • Your network’s Big Purpose
  • Member and host introductions
  • Top Posts in the network
  • Shared interests and similarities

Message Options

When Activity Assist generates a message, you can:
  • Use it as-is - Send the suggested message without changes
  • Edit it - Customize the message before sending
  • Try again - Click “Try Again” to generate a different message
