Scheduling posts allows you to plan your content in advance and publish it at optimal times for your community.

What Can Be Scheduled

You can schedule the following post types:
  • Quick Posts
  • Articles
  • Events
  • Polls
  • Questions

Requirements

  • Only available on desktop
  • Must be a Space Host or Space Moderator

How to Schedule a Post

  1. On web, click the down arrow next to the Post button
  2. Select “Schedule Post”
  3. Choose a date and time for the post to go live

Notification Options

When scheduling a post, you can:
  • Choose to “Notify All Members” when the post publishes
  • If notifications are off, the post will still appear in the feed
  • The Host who scheduled the post receives notifications when it goes live

Managing Scheduled Posts

To view and manage all scheduled posts:
  1. Click your profile picture
  2. Select ‘Scheduled Posts’
From this view, you can:
  • View posts from all Hosts and Moderators
  • Use the three-dot menu to move or delete scheduled posts
  • Edit scheduled posts before they publish

Important Notes

  • Scheduling is desktop-only
  • Hosts receive both a bell icon notification and mobile push notification when scheduled posts go live
  • Scheduled posts publish automatically at the specified time
