Welcoming New Members

As a Host, you can welcome new members quickly:
  1. Navigate to Admin > Members > Member List
  2. Look for the “Welcome New Members” option in the three-dot menu
  3. Write your welcome message
  4. Send the message
New members will receive your welcome note via email or push notification, helping them feel valued from day one.

Customization Methods

Using Automations (Growth Plan and Up)

The most efficient way to welcome members is through Automations:
  • Create automated welcome messages when someone joins
  • Set different welcome messages for specific Spaces
  • Customize messages for courses or challenges
  • Ensure every new member receives a personalized welcome

Manual Method

If you don’t have access to Automations:
  1. Filter members by “Date Joined (Latest)”
  2. Select new members
  3. Send bulk messages to welcome them

New members automatically get a “New Member” badge for 7 days, making it easy for existing members to identify and welcome newcomers.
