If Space is Accessible Through Plans
Use “Invite to Plan” method:- Go to Admin > Plans
- Click on the plan including the Space
- Navigate to Visibility & Sharing tab
- Click “Send Invites for This Plan”
Key Notes About Plan Invites
- Invite emails are one-time use
- Can enter individual email addresses
- Can upload CSV of email addresses (Community Plan and higher)
If Space is Invite-Only or Anyone Can Join
Use Space invite methods:- Click gear icon in Space admin settings
- Go to “Invite” section
- Alternative: Hover over Space in left navigation > three-dot menu > Invite
Invitation Options
- Share link
- Email invitation
- @mention invites
Additional Features
- Automatic email reminders sent after 3, 10, and 30 days
- “Auto-Join” option available for Network Hosts to automatically add all current and future members to a Space
If you have limited members, use plan share link or invite to plan for additional Space access.
