- No partial or full refunds are promised when a member:
- Leaves your Mighty Network
- Is removed from a paid Space
- Is banned from a Plan Access Mighty Network
Web Purchase Refunds (via Stripe)
- Find the Member in Stripe
- Go to Payments
- Hover over the payment to refund
- Click the refund icon
- Confirm the refund
Important Notes
- Transaction fees are non-refundable
- Refunded amount = original charge minus transaction fees
iOS Purchase Refunds
iOS transactions do not appear in Stripe. Alternative refund methods:- iTunes Gift Card
- Check
- PayPal/Venmo payment
- Reach out to Apple Support
Member Refund Process for iOS
Members can request refunds from Apple:- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with Apple ID
- Click “Report” or “Report a Problem” button
- Follow instructions to submit refund request
Final Step
After processing the refund, revoke member’s access to the Plan.Remember that Stripe transaction fees are non-refundable, so the refunded amount will be less than the original charge.
