If you have not yet provided your App Store Connect Account Holder’s Individual API Key to the Mighty Networks team, you will need to deactivate plans in your Network that include iOS availability. There are extra steps to ensure members don’t purchase plans they won’t have access to.
Only the App Store Connect Account Holder can make these changes.

Manual Process

Steps to remove a plan from sale:
  1. Go to the Apple Subscription page in App Store Connect
  2. Click “Subscriptions” in the left navigation
  3. Find the subscription based on the plan ID
  4. Scroll to the “Availability” section
  5. Click the Remove from Sale option

Choose “Remove from Sale” and not delete the plan in App Store Connect.
When prompted, click the checkbox in the modal and then the Confirm button: Confirmation modal for removing from sale Make sure to click Save in the top right corner to set the status and remove the plan from sale on iOS. Developer Remove from Sale status

How to Automate Removals from Sale

To automate this process:
  • Provide the App Store Connect Account Holder’s Individual API Key to Mighty Networks
  • Generate an Individual API Key in App Store Connect
  • Send the Key ID and downloaded API Key to Mighty Networks
