The daily digest is an email summary that helps your members stay informed about activity in your Mighty Network without overwhelming them with individual notifications.

Digest Timing and Settings

  • Sent daily at 5:00 PM local time (based on each member’s timezone)
  • Enabled by default for new members
  • Includes a summary of unread notifications

What’s Included in the Digest

The daily digest can include:
  1. New Posts & Activity - Recent content from the network
  2. New Course Content - Lessons and materials added to courses
  3. Welcome Invites - Notifications about new member welcomes
  4. Notifications for All Members - Network-wide announcements
  5. New Member Joins - Updates about community growth
  6. Ambassador Program Updates - Information about ambassador activities

How the Digest Works

Read vs. Unread Notifications

In-app notifications that have been marked as “read” won’t appear in the digest. This prevents duplicate notifications and ensures the digest only contains new information.

No Digest When No Activity

If a member has no unread notifications, no digest email is sent. This prevents unnecessary emails.

Notifications That Bypass the Digest

Some time-sensitive notifications are sent immediately rather than waiting for the daily digest:
  • Messages from Hosts - Direct communications from network hosts
  • Host Going Live - Notifications when a livestream starts
  • Event Reminders - Upcoming event notifications
  • Welcome Checklist Reminders - Prompts to complete onboarding steps
These immediate notifications ensure members don’t miss important, time-critical information.

Member Control

Members can manage their digest preferences in: Personal Settings > Notifications From there, they can:
  • Switch from daily digest to “As Activity Happens”
  • Turn off email notifications entirely
  • Customize which activities trigger notifications

Benefits for Your Community

The daily digest strikes a balance between keeping members informed and preventing notification fatigue. It:
  • Consolidates multiple notifications into one email
  • Respects members’ time and inbox space
  • Maintains engagement without overwhelming
  • Allows immediate notifications for truly urgent matters
