Once you’ve upgraded to the Courses Plan or higher, you can add marketing tracking pixels to your Mighty Network, including Facebook Pixel and TikTok Pixel for tracking ad conversions.

Supported Pixels

  • Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram)
  • TikTok Pixel

Tracked Events

Your marketing pixels will track these specific events:
  1. CompleteRegistration - When a member joins your network
  2. AddPaymentInfo - When payment information is added
  3. InitiateCheckout - When checkout process begins
  4. CompletePurchase/Purchase - When a purchase is completed

Setting Up Marketing Pixels

Step 1: Access Marketing Pixels

  1. Click your profile picture
  2. Go to Admin > Integrations > Marketing Pixels

Step 2: Accept Terms of Use

Before adding your pixel, you’ll need to accept the Terms of Use for marketing tracking.

Step 3: Add Your Pixel ID

Enter your Meta Pixel ID or TikTok Pixel ID in the appropriate field.

Privacy Features

Mighty Networks includes built-in privacy protections for members:
  • Displays “Do Not Sell” button on the Cookie Privacy Banner
  • Members can opt out of tracking at any time
  • Respects member privacy preferences

Limited Tracking Window

  • The pixel is only active during the account creation process
  • Temporarily tracks the “CompleteRegistration” event
  • Ensures optimal performance without constant tracking

Important Notes

What Gets Tracked

  • Payment and purchase triggers work on most plans
  • Exception: Free plans and plans without payment gates are excluded from purchase tracking

Privacy Compliance

Mighty Networks’ implementation ensures:
  • User privacy is respected
  • Compliance with privacy regulations
  • Members have control over their data
  • Optimal performance without excessive tracking

Best Practices

  1. Test your pixel: Use Facebook’s Pixel Helper or TikTok’s Pixel Helper browser extension to verify proper installation
  2. Monitor conversions: Check your ads manager to ensure events are being recorded
  3. Respect privacy: Make sure your privacy policy reflects the use of marketing pixels
  4. Track relevant metrics: Focus on the events that matter most to your business goals

Troubleshooting

If your pixel isn’t tracking properly:
  • Verify the pixel ID is correct
  • Check that you’re on the Courses plan or higher
  • Ensure the event you’re tracking applies to your network setup (e.g., purchase events require paid plans)
  • Test with browser pixel helper tools
Marketing pixels are a powerful tool for understanding your ad performance and optimizing your member acquisition campaigns.
