You cannot reset your password through the mobile app. You must use a web or mobile browser.
Steps to Reset Your Password
- Navigate to the “Sign In” page for your Network
- Click the “Forgot password?” link below the “Password” textbox
- Enter your email address and click “Send Email”
Not Seeing the Email?
If you don’t receive the password reset email:- Check your spam or junk folder
- Confirm you’re using the email address associated with your Mighty Networks account
- Ensure your account is within Mighty Networks and not an external platform connected to it
