You cannot reset your password through the mobile app. You must use a web or mobile browser.

Steps to Reset Your Password

  1. Navigate to the “Sign In” page for your Network
  2. Click the “Forgot password?” link below the “Password” textbox
  3. Enter your email address and click “Send Email”

Not Seeing the Email?

If you don’t receive the password reset email:
  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Confirm you’re using the email address associated with your Mighty Networks account
  • Ensure your account is within Mighty Networks and not an external platform connected to it

Still Unable to Login?

If you’re still having trouble accessing your account, use the “Need Help?” button for additional assistance.
