  • Community Plan: 250 GB
  • Courses Plan: 1 TB
  • Business Plan: 2 TB
  • Growth Plan: 3 TB

What Counts Towards Storage Limit

The following items count toward your storage:
  • Uploaded videos in Articles and Quick Posts
  • Livestream recordings
  • Photos
  • Files
Note: Non-recorded Livestreams do not count towards storage.

Monthly Livestream Hours

  • Community Plan: 5 hours/month (50 simultaneous attendees)
  • Courses Plan: 20 hours/month (200 simultaneous attendees)
  • Business Plan: 30 hours/month (500 simultaneous attendees)
  • Growth Plan: 40 hours/month (1000 simultaneous attendees)

Livestream Limits

  • Maximum Livestream length: 2 hours per session
  • Livestream hours do not rollover month to month

Checking Your Storage Usage

To view your current storage usage:
  1. Go to Admin
  2. Navigate to Mighty Billing Plan
  3. Select Storage and Usage

You can purchase “Engagement Boosts” for:

  • Extra streaming time

Important Notes About Engagement Boosts

  • Engagement Boosts are not refundable
  • Prorated refunds available when downgrading Boost plans

Best Practices

To manage your storage effectively:
  • Regularly review your storage usage
  • Delete outdated or unnecessary files
  • Consider hosting long videos on external platforms (YouTube, Vimeo) and embedding them
  • Only record livestreams that need to be saved for posterity
  • Compress large images before uploading when possible
