Enabling Event RSVPs

When creating or editing an event, toggle “Enable RSVPs” to allow members to respond. Members can choose:
  • Going
  • Maybe
  • Not Going
Members can change their RSVPs until the event starts.
Use the “Restrict Event Link” feature to control who can see the event link. When enabled:
  • Only members who RSVP “Going” can see the event link
  • Helps manage event attendance and privacy

Messaging Event Attendees

You can send custom messages to specific RSVP groups:
  • Going: Members who confirmed attendance
  • Maybe: Members who marked as maybe attending
  • Not Going: Members who declined
  • No RSVPs: Members who haven’t responded
Members receive notifications about these messages.

RSVP Automations

Available on Business Plan and above.
Set triggers based on RSVP counts to automate actions like:
  • Closing RSVPs when capacity is reached
  • Sending automatic notifications
  • Other custom workflows

Downloading RSVP Lists

Access full RSVP details through the three-dot menu. The download includes:
  • Member ID
  • Name
  • Email
  • RSVP Status
  • Date RSVPed
Accessible to Hosts and Moderators.

Automatic Reminders

Mighty Networks automatically sends reminders:
  • Online events: 10 minutes before start
  • Local events: 24 hours before event
RSVP options disappear after the event ends.
