As a Network Host or moderator, you can efficiently communicate with all members or selected groups within your Mighty Network.

Messaging All Network Members

To send a message to all members in your network:
  1. Go to Admin > Members > Member List
  2. Select the three-dot menu
  3. Choose “Message All Full Members”

Important Notes About Network-Wide Messages

Who Receives Messages

  • Only full members receive the message
  • Limited members are excluded from network-wide messages
  • Members inactive for 18+ months won’t receive notifications
  • As the Host, you won’t receive updates in your notifications area
This targeting ensures messages reach your most engaged community members.

Messaging Selected Members in a Space

For more targeted communication within a specific Space:
  1. Navigate to the desired Space
  2. Click Space gear icon > Members > Member List
  3. Select specific members or click “Select All”
  4. Choose Bulk Actions > Send Message

Member Notification Experience

When you send a message, members receive a notification: “Your Host [Name] sent you a message” Members can then:
  • Click to view the full message
  • Reply via private chat (web only)

Notification Delivery

Notifications are sent based on each member’s preferences:
  • Email notifications
  • Push notifications on mobile devices
This respects individual member preferences while ensuring important messages get through.

You can segment your member list for even more targeted messaging, allowing you to:
  • Communicate with specific member groups
  • Send tailored messages based on member characteristics
