Promotional banners allow you to display custom messages to specific member audiences for a set period of time. This feature is available on the Courses plan and higher.
  • Courses Plan: 2 banners
  • Business Plan: 5 banners
  • Growth Plan: 7 banners
  • Mighty Pro: 15 banners

Setting Up Promotional Banners

Step 1: Create an Audience

First, define who should see your banner:
  1. Go to Admin > Promotions > Audiences
  2. Name your audience
  3. Choose attributes to target specific members:
    • Network membership
    • Plan membership
    • Space access
    • Tags
    • Custom fields
    • Badges

Step 2: Create the Banner

Next, design your promotional banner:
  1. Go to Admin > Promotions > Banners
  2. Add an internal title (for your reference)
  3. Write a headline for your banner
  4. Add an optional description
  5. Optionally add a call-to-action button
Banners automatically match your network’s color scheme for a cohesive look.

Step 3: Select Your Audience

Choose which audience should see this banner from the audiences you’ve created.

Step 4: Set the Schedule

Determine when your banner will appear:
  • Choose start and end dates/times
  • Can be set to display immediately or scheduled for later

Step 5: Customize Dismissal Options

Decide whether members can permanently dismiss the banner, or if it should reappear each time they visit.

Important Notes

  • If multiple banners apply to a member, they will see the most recently created one
  • Currently, the audience builder only works with promotional banners
  • Banners are a powerful tool for announcements, special offers, and guiding member attention to important updates

Managing Your Banners

You can edit, pause, or delete banners at any time from Admin > Promotions > Banners.
