Recurring events are available after upgrading to the Community Plan or above.

How Recurring Events Work

Recurring events use a “master Event” that is displayed multiple times with different dates. The event title, description, and meeting link cannot be edited for individual instances.

How to Create a Repeat Event

  1. When creating or editing an event, toggle the Repeat Event option
  2. Choose your repeat frequency:
    • Daily
    • Weekly
    • Biweekly
    • Monthly
    • Every 3 months
    • Every 6 months
    • Yearly
    • Custom interval

Editing Repeat Events

When editing a recurring event, you have two options:
  • All Events in This Series: Changes the master event settings
  • Only This Event: Modifies just the selected occurrence
The date cannot be changed in master event settings.

Deleting Repeat Events

You can delete:
  • Entire series: Removes all past, present, and future events
  • Single event: Removes only the selected occurrence
When deleting a specific event, you can message members to notify them of the change.

RSVP Options

Members can RSVP in two ways:
  • All events in the series: One-time RSVP for all occurrences
  • Specific events in the series: Individual RSVPs for selected dates
As a host, you can message event attendees for the entire series or a single event.
