- 30 days before annual subscriptions
Grace Period Details
When a payment fails:- A grace period begins
- Member moves to “Past Due” state
- Visible in Admin > Plans > Plans List
- Member sees a banner prompting card update

Web/Free Trial Purchases (7-day grace period)
- Mighty Networks sends 3 automated email notifications
- Automatic payment retry attempts through Stripe
- Retries occur:
- 1 day after first failed payment
- Every 2 days until day 7

iOS Device Purchases
- 16-day grace period
- Apple handles billing notifications
Consequences of Non-Payment
- After 7 days without update, member loses Plan access
- To regain access, member must purchase a new Plan
- Original billing date remains unchanged
Special Scenarios
Canceling While Past Due
Results in immediate Plan loss”Pending Payment” Status
Could mean:- Abandoned cart
- Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) requirements
Members have time to update their payment information without losing access immediately, giving them a chance to resolve payment issues.
