ID of the member to answer for — resource ID or GlobalID. Defaults to the viewer. Naming another member requires a Host or Moderator of the event's Space, the event's creator, or a Network Host or Moderator. A Host, Moderator, or creator may name only a member of the event's Space; a Network Host or Moderator may name any member of the Network. On the public API, naming another member additionally requires the host:write:network_events OAuth scope.
