createInstallation
Register an app on a device to receive the signed-in member’s push
notifications from this Network. Call it again whenever the push service
issues the app a new device token: a registration under the same
deviceIdentifier has its token replaced. Registering a token already
registered returns the same installation. Mighty signs each push with the
app’s own push credentials, so appId must name this Network’s branded app or
the Mighty Networks app.
