# createBlocklistEntry

> Add an email address to the Network's blocklist, suppressing email delivery to
it (invite emails and, for hard blocks, passwordless sign-in links included).
It does not remove members or prevent joining. Re-blocking an address already
blocked on this Network returns the existing entry when it is visible to the
host; an address blocked by an entry the host cannot see, or blocked
platform-wide, returns an "already blocked" payload error instead. On plans
without the member-email visibility billing feature, only host-added (MANUAL)
entries are visible to hosts.
