# Where Can I Get Help?

Looking for support with your member account? Follow these steps:

**Web Browser:**

1. Log in to your Mighty Networks account.

2. Click your profile picture in the top right corner.

3. Select “Help Center”. If your Network has customized the name, look for the last option on the menu.

1. Log in to your Mighty Networks account.

2. Tap your profile picture in the bottom right corner.

3. Select “Help Center”. If your Network has customized the name, look for the last option on the menu.
