# Can I Change the Default mn.co Domain?

When you create your Mighty Network, you’ll automatically get a **mn.co subdomain**—this is the web address members use to access your community.

For example, your Mighty Network might live at:​ yourcommunity.mn.co

You can customize this subdomain anytime to better reflect your brand or community name.

## How to Update Your Subdomain

To change the subdomain for your Mighty Network:

1. Go to **Admin > Integrations > Custom Network Domain.**
2. Under **Your Mighty Subdomain**, select **Edit Subdomain.**
3. Enter your new subdomain and save your changes.

If you don’t see an **Edit** button, click the **Need Help?** button in the bottom-right corner of your account to contact our team. We’ll be happy to update it for you.

## Ask Cohost to Change Your Subdomain

You can also ask [**Cohost**](/for-hosts/setting-up-your-network/how-do-i-chat-with-cohost) to change your subdomain for you—for example, "Change my web address to my-cool-community." Cohost will:

1. Check that the requested address is available.
2. Show you the full new web address (e.g. `my-cool-community.mn.co`) and ask you to confirm.
3. Warn you that links to your old address will keep redirecting for about **30 days** before breaking permanently.
4. Apply the change only after you confirm the exact address.

## Important Notes About Changing Your Subdomain

* When you change your subdomain, **any existing links or bookmarks** to your old subdomain will no longer work.
* We recommend updating your subdomain **only once**—ideally while you’re still setting up your Mighty Network.
